How to create local contacts on Google Nexus Phone and sync with outlook

I moved from iPhone 5 to Nexus 6, Nexus 6 has it's own advantages, but many issues as well.
One of the issues that Nexus is that  you cannot have local contacts and everything is on google account or any service that you such as exchange, but if you don't want to share you contacts online with Google services then you are in trouble.

There are two ways to sync, paid version and free version:
1.
There is a way to sync easily using a software called AkrutoSync,
basically it's emulate ActiveSync, it installs on your computer a software that emulate like it is an exchange then when you are home it syncs to outlook, it works really well but require a paid version of $34.95

Some instructions are here:

2. Free Version
Find this cool feature and had to share with everyone because It was hard to find.

A. Since there is no local account on the Nexus, then there is a software from Google Play store called: MyLocalAccount (By FJ Softwaredevelopoment)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fjsoft.mylocalaccount&hl=en

This software creates a local user account on your nexus

B. now that we are avoiding google services and saving locally then it is time to sync to the computer , I used the free software MyPhoneExplorer to sync contacts/calendar/notes
Download on your phone from google store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fjsoft.myphoneexplorer.client&hl=en

Download for a pc:

Once installing the software on both, then you can use it wirelessly (suggested way), or using a USB cable/Bluetooth, there is an option to choose to sync to outlook (File-Settings-Sync and choose Sync with outlook) -  if you like this software you can always donate.

If you have any questions or suggestions please share your feedback!
